At Move with Beth, we provide invigorating classes designed to get you moving and feeling great.

About Us

Move with Beth is dedicated to enhancing your fitness journey through Pilates, Zumba, and dance classes. Beth is a qualified Pilates and Zumba instructor with a degree in dance and leads live classes building a thriving community dedicated to health and wellness. Join us in experiencing the joy of movement and support one another in our fitness goals. All abilities welcome, open to all! 

1-1, 2-1 or Private Group sessions available (this can be a small group of friends or for something fun like a hen do!). Please get in contact to book.

I went to my first Pilates class with Beth 6 months after having a baby, I was about to book in for a massage because of tight muscles and bad back ache but after my first pilates session this had completely dissapeared. I felt that it stretched all of the muscles in my body and couldn’t believe the difference one session made, I also felt the work I had done in my core for 3 days after! Beth makes her classes inclusive for everyone and although it was my first time, I didn’t feel as though I had to keep up with others that were more advanced and Beth often says to do what feels right and take breaks when you need to which made me feel really comfortable taking part in the class. Highly recommend!

I’ve recently started attending Beth’s Pilates classes and really enjoy them. It’s a very relaxed, friendly class and Beth is extremely welcoming and down to earth. I was  really pleased and amazed that after just one class my knees didn’t actually hurt going upstairs ! They’re normally really painful. Also, the normal aches and pains I usually have from previous injuries in my shoulders and neck have also subsided considerably. I’d highly recommend Beth’s classes.
